Karnataka Bandh

Recently Bangalore came to full stop. The reason being so called "Karnataka Bandh" called off on October 4Th... This came just after "Gandhi Jayanthi" and this forced everybody to take one more day off to spend some more time with family and friends...
That week ran away very fast as Monday is off, normal work on Tuesday and again off on Wednesday then a slow moving Thursday to follow weekend.
Now the pain, all IT people needs to compensate the loss happened on Wednesday. Working on weekends are always relaxed as many of our clients will be freaking out..In this fast moving arena, is there any value for protesting bandth and etc... "Gandhigiri" may be suitable for Munna bhai but not for jantha.!
